If you are not satisfied with your web hosting account for any reason, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days of your account creation date and receive a full refund of THE ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. No hassles, no delays, and no questions asked!

After 30 days, if you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may cancel your account and receive a pro-rated refund for any time (days) remaining on your account.

All cancellation and REFUND REQUESTS must be made by the official account holder for the hosting account using our online support form located here, and shall be effective upon receipt by GraFX Hosting Solutions. You must request the refund on the cancellation form and then you will receive it within 14 days of account cancellation. REFUNDS WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER CHARGES INCURRED BY CUSTOMER SUCH AS DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION FEES, AND ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES (including additional disk space, SQL database set up fees, domain pointer set up fees, sub-domain set up fees, SSL certificate fees, etc).

Refunds do not apply to accounts that have been closed for violating our Terms Of Service
